Today’s early matches at the Major have been concluded with both Spirit and Bad News Eagles coming out victorious in their respective 1-1 matchups from the Swiss Stage.
On the B stream, we saw Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo’s Imperial squad take on the underdogs from Bad News Eagles. Despite their routine and experience from countless Majors in the past, the Imperial players looked completely lost in the first half on Vertigo.
13-2 was the score in favor of Bad News Eagles going into the switch following a solid CT side where they left zero holes to exploit. Imperial stepped up in the second half, but in the end, it wasn’t enough as Bad News Eagles closed out the Bo1 series with a 16-12 win.
