While BLAST Premier Spring Showdown has seen its share of upsets in the first days, there was never any doubt about the outcome of Heroic vs sAw.
On Vertigo it was dominance from the start to the end for Heroic, who only really had to deal with Tiago “JUST” Moura, who did well in the first half. TeSeS lead the assault with eight entry kills and 111 ADR during the first map which was won 16-4.
All of the Heroic players ended Vertigo with a positive K-D score.
Having lost their own map pick, it was an uphill battle for sAw who had to fight back on Train. Here the Portuguese roster struggled to keep up with the Danes in the first half. Despite winning the pistol round in the second half, there was no chance of a comeback for sAw, who just faced one of the best teams in the world at the moment. Heroic is through to the next round after two very convincing maps.
