Heroic has just announced that they have decided to bench Johannes “b0RUP” Borup and Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen from today on. The two Danes have represented Heroic for nearly a year since their arrival back in April last year.

Nikolaj and Johannes will forever be remembered as parts of the roster that led us to win ESL One Cologne and DreamHack Open Fall last year.” – Heroic statement

Heroic has recently been acquired by the Norwegian organization Omaken Sports, whose goal is to develop the team into a “Scandinavian Powerhouse”. Whether the changes are a result of the new acquisition is unknown, however, the team has stated that an update on the replacements will follow shortly.
