It was a big announcement when Apeks earlier this month revealed that they have signed the Norwegian star Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad from 100 thieves. A player who’ve attended several Major competitions in his career and played for big teams as G2, FaZe Clan, Renegades and in the end 100 thieves.
Apeks acquired jkaem owing to the desire to bring the Norwegian team into the very top op CS:GO, and they believe that his experience and proven abilities can help them achieve exactly this.
Rough start here, been a week with alot of official games and almost no pracc. Looking forward to actually pracc, not good enough individually either, but we gonna grind and results will come! @apeksgg

It hasn’t been the ideal homecoming from jkaem so far. After his arrival, they have played 6 games in the following three events LOOT.BET Season 8, Elisa Invitational 2 and Cyber.Bet Golden League. During these matches, jkaem struggled to find his former high level of Counter-Strike, which resulted in five defeats and only one win.
Jkaem says that a minimal amount of practice has been the reason for the bad results, but he promises that better results will come.
