According to a report by Sheep Esports, G2 have reached a verbal agreement with HEROIC’s Álvaro “SunPayus” Garcia to become their new AWPer after the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
The Spanish sniper won’t be arriving alone. G2 is also set to bring in HEROIC’s head coach Eetu “sAw” Saha as a replacement for Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas, sources told the outlet.

Heroic and G2 have already agreed on the buyout.

and are expected to join after the Major. If finalized, the double signing would see SunPayus take over the AWP role from Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, who left G2 for Falcons last month.
In the short term, G2 have added Aleksander “hades” Miśkiewicz as a stand-in for the upcoming IEM Dallas and the Austin Major, with SunPayus and sAw expected to link up with the squad after the event.
If the report proves accurate, this could be G2’s post-Major roster:
