fnatic has decided to cut Alexandre “bodyy” Pianaro from their active lineup, the organization revealed this Thursday.
The 27-year-old has served as fnatic’s in-game leader and captain since November 2023, however, his time with blameF and company now seems to come to an end going into a new season.
It also marks the second roster change for the European squad this off-season, with head coach Jamie “keita” Hall getting released in mid-December, following the conclusion of the Shanghai Major.
Talented IGL to take over?
While fnatic hasn’t confirmed bodyy’s replacement, reports suggest that Rodion “fear” Smyk of Passion UA is lined up to take over. According to insider Aleksey “OverDrive” Biryukov, the two organizations have reportedly reached an agreement.
The only possible way its not happening if Fear decides to stay in Passion UA. Organizations already have agreed.
