The announcement was made by the ESL Pro League Commissioner, Alexander Inglot on Twitter today.

The Louvre Agreement was initially signed in 2020 by ESL and multiple teams to “improve monetization and to establish a new governance model around ESL Pro League”.
The members are Astralis, BIG, Complexity, Evil Geniuses, ENCE, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, Furia, G2 Esports, Mousesports, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Liquid, Team Vitality.
*Heroic is set to join the agreement in the second half of 2022.
