The catastrophic state of Astralis has just gotten worse, with the Danish heavy hitter failing to qualify for a Counter-Strike Major for the fifth consecutive time.

That became a reality this evening when the Danish squad fell short in an elimination against B8 at the European Major qualifier.

With losses to OG, Metizport, BIG and lastly B8 Astralis’ hopes of reaching the BLAST.tv Austin Major is officially over. The exit continues a worrying trend for the Danish organization, having now missed the last five Majors in a row.
