Sixteen teams are set to compete in the RES Western European Masters Spring and RES Eastern European Masters Spring for a spot in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown.
Cloud9, Bad News Eagles, Aurora, and Eternal Fire were the most notable names invited to the Eastern European Masters, while GamerLegion and Endpoint were the only teams to receive invites for the Western European iteration.
H0bbit and company from Cloud9 are the favorites going into the Eastern European Masters, but only time will show if they will be able to live up to that. If we look at the Western European Masters, there are really no clear favorites, but one time that definitely has a strong chance is the squad from GamerLegion.
The tournaments will be held from March 3-5 and March 10-12, respectively, with the action broadcast on Relog Media Twitch channel.
