There is no doubt, that there a mixed emotions at Astralis upon todays big news. The transfer of Patrick “es3tag” Hansen to Cloud9 has lead Astralis coach, Danny “zonic” Sørensen to give his take on the upcoming change of roster.
– I have received a lot of messages about my involvement in this transfer. I wanted to keep Patrick onboard, but as in any other sport, there are other areas of the game besides the sports side of things that are out of my hands, the legendary Danish coach wrote on twitter.
At the same time he praised the 25-year old player, who later tonight will play his last tournament with his Astralis-teammates, when they play their first game at DreamHack Open Fall.
